GD Cafe Cheras
Stepping into the restaurant, the top half of the walls are inspired by the neoclassical style adding wainscoting with wall lights centered in between each panel while the bottom half of the walls are adorned in this deep green half height wood panel. A key feature is the restaurant's flooring, unique patterned tiles in different shades of green and white are artfully laid out in the center of the space. The restaurant incorporates subtle hints of Hong-Kong style cafes, adding an element of cultural diversity to the design. Vibrant neon signage, reminiscent of the bustling streets of Hong Kong, adorns the walls, injecting a dynamic and urban vibe into the ambiance. Vintage glass pendant lights with copper cords further enhance the aesthetic, evoking a sense of nostalgia while also providing functional illumination.
